BEWARE! THIS SELLER HAD THIS DVD LISTED IN "LIKE NEW" CONDITION. THE DVD I RECEIVED WAS A PREVIOUS RENTAL & SO SCRATCHED IT WOULDN'T EVEN PLAY. THE SELLER NEVER DISCLOSED THAT THIS WAS A PREVIOUS RENTAL WITH THE RENTAL STICKER AROUND THE RING OF THE DVD. THIS SELLER IS JUST ANOTHER OF MANY SELLERS ON EBAY FALSELY LISTING THE CONDITION OF THEIR ITEMS & NOT FOLLOWING EBAY'S CONDITION GUIDE LINES. THIS WAS NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF MY TIME & GAS BECAUSE I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE TO RETURN IT.

i am really sorry about wasting your time and gas, i already addressed it with ebay and gave a full refund. look I'm sorry that this bad disk made it pass me, but things have been crazy at work, to the point where i am running three departments of a assisted living facility. i at least got it out in a TIMELY MANNER, like you asked.
