      Laptop was sold and described as "as is", "for parts", "damaged" and "not working" with detailed pictures showing the damages. Buyer contacted us saying that the laptop would never work because it was damaged. It's possible they did not read the full description before purchasing. As a gesture of goodwill, we went ahead and gave a full refund, allowing them to keep the item.
