Item received March 4, it was broken. Notified seller March 5 regarding damage. Seller offered discount and further stated if damage was extreme, seller would do full refund. It seemed to me damage was extreme, I wanted seller to see for themself, so pictures sent same day. Since sending pictures March 5, no response back from seller. Have waited this long to give seller benefit of a doubt, but after sending additional 3+ messages,seller never responded. Disappointed to say the least.
