I have reason to believe that this seller is a scammer. This is the second time I have tried to buy something and had the exact same issue - The item was not dispatched. After following up the seller apologies and promises to cancel the order. The order cancellation then takes multiple messages and chases to be realised, following which the refund is only issued after another round of follow ups and chases. It seems that the seller just hopes that the the buyer will eventually give up.
