Seller described set as incomplete but
"only missing like 7 basic pieces". It's true, the missing pieces were basic, however, seller did not mention several broken pieces and larger plate pieces that they had substituted for pieces of differing colors (though the plates were visible in the pics if I had known the color they were supposed to be).
Overall leaving positive feedback because they did say it was incomplete, all minifigs and unique pieces were included, and it was buildable.
