It is nearly impossible to see the detail on the Zoppini charm. The charm my mom received does not resemble the picture. Also, I included a Mother’s Day message with the charm, and that was not included in the package. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and lack of customer service. I also reached out to the seller and received no response.

It is a smiley face, clearly. You saw it or you wouldn't have purchased that specific charm. In regards to the message, it was left on the purchase page where I didn't see it. It should have gone in a message to me. Either way, I have no reason to omit your message. I don't respond to buyers remorse. You got the exact item as pictured, clearly.
