Why don't you tell the whole story? You asked us to fake your invoice so that you could avoid paying your local customs tax, which is against eBays rules. You said that you'd be fine with paying for customs when we messaged you about it before shipping, then you refused to pay it, which meant that the package got sent back to us at our expense. You didn't get refunded because eBay ruled your controversy in our favour: if you had any right to a refund, they would've forced us to give it to you.
