    The item was delivered to the wrong address. I asked seller to put in a claim with usps to no avail. It shows it was delivered but at the right address there is no parcel locker

    Again we are sorry for the issue, but just like we said in message, no case can be filed because you made the claim a month after it was marked delivery; the post office cannot investigate after 14 days of delivery. You can also file a claim on your end before that time.
