Asked the seller to return the parcel as it came with scratches and paint marks and stains on many parts. They told me I have to arrange the shipping because as they claim it is not their fault that I want to return the item so I need to pay for the return and claim after I sent the photos of all the parts that the item was damaged during the shipment! Box was undamaged and yes paint marks and stains are caused by the shipment usually 🤬 worst seller I have been dealing with. Not worth it!

First of all we was offering you a free replacement for all the pieces you said was damaged or a partial refund but you didn't accept.
Because you wanted a full refund you should had to send back the item but you didn't do. Is not our fault if you didn't read the conditions of return .
