Seller denied my request to return the items which was certainly his choice to do so. However, he also had the choice to accept the return, too, as others did. I would not rate this seller well for customer service and will not buy from again for this reason. After we declined the return, your tune changed and tried to extort us with a less than stellar review, which we don't accept and report. Policies are in place to protect buyers and sellers- good CS does not mean breaking these policies, esp when the onus is on you to take initiate the return. While we don’t want to lose customers, we accept our paths not crossing anymore.
