My truck is a TRDSport and has the sliding rear window. The switch for it is on the part this overlay covers. There is no provision for that switch. It is very easy to cut an opening for the switch. That is what I did and otherwise fits and looks great.

My truck is a TRDSport and the part of the door that this item fits over has the TRD logo and there is no provision for the item to be compatible with it, so it will not fit properly. The item is very nice, just won't fit on my vehicle. If yours has the TRD logo, I am sure you may have the same issue.
I have gotten many of the other overlays from the same seller for the same vehicle, they all fit very well and look very nice once installed.
