The phone and charging base arrived as promised. However, I can't get the phone to work. It has a message saying "Base No Power". I went online and disconnected the power to the base as proposed by Panasonic and plugged it back in but the message doesn't go away. I know the base works because we have several over cordless phones in our home and they work perfectly. Fortunately the charging base works. Any ideas on what is going on?
