Not a honest seller ignored all the issues we reported.1)PC listed Brand new but sent customer used condition with a very obvious old tag on.2)Lists the PC have16 GB DDR4(on both the title and descriptions)but send to customer only has DDR3!Which was totally not acceptable and a huge difference what we paid for.3)Motherboard of this PC is out of date for most games.Reported to Ebay internally for dishonest seller.So sad to see we aren't the only one who had nightmare experience with this seller

Prior to sale buyer insisted we use a game and test it for them. We stated we could not honour this, time and cost reasons, and buyer then chose to purchase the older 4th generation model in the listing. Which means the motherboard cannot be anything other than a older 4th generation board, and you cannot have DDR4 as it is not compatible with the 4th Gen series ! They also returned the item falsely claiming it was broken, despite it was clearly used by them as there games were installed.

Seller sold USED ITEM when listed brand new,+misled customer to purchase, when select list of CPU there were no comments on having different CPU which lead to DDR3.In both title/description ONLY listed DDR4!Use PC for 1 hour test then return straightway second day. Seller said we used/downloaded game on PC.Yes we did, if not how can we find out all issues?Seller lied in comment not respond to his message, ebay had access to checked all the message history proved he is a sad liar! Well done ebay!
