The embosser could have been packaged for shipping a bit better. It was very easy for the embosser to move around during shipment, but it didn't appear damaged when we received it (the embossers are sensitive). That being said, we were very happy with the accuracy of the description and pleasantly surprised to find out the machine actually worked (we bought it for parts). We were also happy with the speed the shipment went out.
