    They shipped the wrong boots, I asked them to simply give me their address to return the boots and they wouldn’t, it was a waste of time and their incompetence. Yet they were so unhelpful, said they would still send the boots which that didn’t. Then wanted me to start the process of returns via eBay… to then re-purchase the boots I wanted. So ridiculous

    I replyed SEVEN times to this buyer asking them to start an ‘item not as described’ request so that we are both covered and the buyer would get a free return label and a full refund on return of the wrong item.Buyer didn’t want to do this so I can only presume she wanted to keep the wrong boots which she has had now for nearly two weeks!!!and also receive the correct boots.
