The box was previously opened, but the phone itself was basically spotless. Works with Tmobile/mint that I'm using, good enough phone for my needs. BUT BE WARNED, It IS an international version, but the phone I received is not typical retail EU. According to fastboot, the phone was originally meant for Spain, and the firmware+software version WILL NOT update to any newer builds because of the specific bootloader. It is not unlockable, even with a code. It is functional, but very disappointing.
