The magazine was listed as containing a record and the seller neglected to mention that the record was missing, which it was. Instead, In the description for the grade, it said there would be nothing missing. When I contacted the seller to initiate a return, he said it was my fault that I expected the record to be there rather than own up to the fact that he neglected to mention it was missing.

Buyer failed to read description which doesn't say anything about a "record" being included. Item was correctly listed as "vintage magazine" and didn't say anything about a free included record. Based on buyers prior experience, it's clear that they are inexperienced with unrealistic expectations. Item was a whopping $4 and buyer expected a 30 year old magazine to include a new record.

Item was shipped and hasn't shown up for reasons beyond my control (I don't work for USPS). Further, buyer demanded that I send a free replacement card. Instead of being patient, buyer had Ebay step in and they were given a FULL REFUND for card. Buyer sucks and is trying to get over. Be interesting to see if buyer alerts Ebay once the card is received. Yeah right..... lame
