This buyer purchased a single used lightbulb. Upon receiving this negative feedback--the first negative feedback I have ever received--I made repeated efforts to contact the buyer and resolve their issue. The buyer has not responded to any of my messages. I have no idea why the buyer believes that he was deceived. This is extremely frustrating for me as a seller because I want to resolve the issue--I accept free returns and would happily pay for the return shipping.
