First the item was not dispatched and they claimed they had a system issue when I chased.
Then it hasn’t been delivered, I opened a case and messaged 3 times before I got a response that simply said apparently I refused delivery (which I had not and it’s quite clear on the tracking that they had issues with the parcel). Unhelpful. Only giving 2 stars as when I chased the parcel not being shipped yet they did agree to change the address (as it would now have been too late to deliver to the other)
