Would never buy from again. Arrived damaged, packaged in a bag with little protection. The seller used delay tactics for arranging the return funds. Thankfully eBay stepped in to resolve the seller disputing and issued a full refund.
The hat would have been lovely if it hadn't been damaged (a pearl was also not secured). The seller was quick to dispatch and communicate (although not positively) so I have given 5 stars rating the detail.
