Die Karte ging auf dem Postweg verloren. Kann passieren. Der Käufer hat eine volle Ersttattung erhalten und bewertet trotzdem negativ. Das ist ein sehr unfaires Verhalten. The Card got lost on the Post way. Happens unfortunately. The Buyer received a full refund und gives a negative Feedback. Sorry, but this is simply unfair.
