Seller sent the item as how it is boxed in the picture above. It is then being placed in another box for postage. When I received the item, the coaster at the back was broken into 2 pieces. I then sent a message to the seller to seek clarity. Seller responded back to me that it is unfortunate and he/she will not sell ceramic to oversea customer in the future. I responded back & disagree, I think it is seller responsibility to wrap the item carefully before sending. No respond from seller after.
