We totally disagree with your comment.
Certainly we discussed with the refund for the delay for compensation, however, you are the one to raise "Item not received" case and trying to close the order even we agreed to keep order alive until the shoes to be delivered.
Since order was canceled out, we can not resolve this issue anymore along with ebay platform.
Also, you have already get the full refund, is there any way to call it as "Scam"?
