The item if perfect and arrived as described. The seller sent me pictures of it before shipping, asking if it was fine since there were 2 (extremely) minor flaws on the plastic around it, but the box was in perfect shape! Also, the packaging was perfect and protected everything from any harm.
There was just an "accident" with the carrier, but that's because here in Italy they tend to not be much trustworthy, it wasn't the seller's fault. Luckily, the item wasn't harmed in any way.
