I ordered a violin bow and received a block of rosin. When I reported this they did respond quickly to say they’d send a bow and to keep the rosin, but that was a few days ago and I still have not been told a bow has been posted and i do not have revised my tracking info. Even when (if) it’s sorted I’ll have waited a very longtime to get the item.
