Item damaged and weren’t as described. I Was accused of damaging them and the seller sent numerous horrible threatening messages which was very upsetting and had my partner in tears

Made a offer on this item and was accepted. Then had the order cancelled as seller couldn’t find the item. I asked to be informed if they found it. My partners birthday was coming up so asked if they may have found it, it would have been a nice surprise present. Then the abuse started. A barrage of messages one after another threatening and abusive. Over 30 messages. Worst experience of my 20years on eBay. Please avoid at all cost. And don’t make offers.
