This battery is complete garbage. Now I understand why there is no returns. After talking to multiple battery specialists, it is obvious that the battery cells are almost dead and the battery had probably been sitting on the shelf way past its due date. I have been running a 1500w hub motor with pedal assist, using about half the energy at about 700/800 watts, and the battery runs down to shut off/ dead in about 7 miles or 11km.
If you buy a battery, make sure it comes from a Battery distributor
