After 7 inquiries to contact the seller directly I received ZERO COMMUNICATION from the seller in response to my concerns. I made one order, and initiated returns for 4 of the items in that order. All of the returned items were shipped back to the seller together, but only 1 item was refunded to me. I even reached out to the seller on their Instagram platform but received ZERO RESPONSE. The experience was terribly infuriating with so much money lost on my end.
