Unfortunately buyer didn't contact us before leaving negative feedback to ask questions about the details of a refund in the case of a return. Buyer was refunded entire payment less the shipping cost of $10. Ebay listing stated shipping costs are buyers responsibility. BUT WE WANT TO MAKE SURE OUR BUYERS ARE HAPPY.
