"Item is exactly as described. Buyer is new to Ebay and has no right to claim that item is not as per photos. Buyer does not appreciate my honest selling providing the finest natural gold. Crystalline gold and specially shaped natural gold nuggets hold much higher value than regular gold nuggets. This new seller has brought my rating down to 80% after a long hiatus from selling. This makes me want to leave eBay as a selling platform! eBay, please STOP allowing unverified buyers doing this!"
