came well packaged, the box says 35 Rose Topaz but inside it's 31 Sous Le Sable, the pact is a bit scratched and the velvet bag is missing. Considering I am ok getting #31 and it appears to be brand new, I not going to return it but please be mindful that you are sending the correct palette.
