Seller needs to learn how to identify actual Build a Bear items. Most of what was pictured turned out not to be the brand.

Customer was offered a full refund, declined and left negative feedback, highly unreasonable.
Customer demanded a 50% refund and to retain the items, customer got told no and the rest is history.

Items were not as described. Sold as build a bear items and about 3 items are and the rest is basically unusable

I appologised for the issue, i am not very familiar with the product in question, i did my best to take accurate pictures, i included over 20 pictures of the items sold, the customer was offered a full refund for the return of the items.
The customer declined and demanded a 50% refund and to keep the items, I refused as I felt this was unreasonable. She got upset at the decline and left negative feedback, stating that she can't return the items as she can't post them even though she sells too.
