I messed up the order by not noticing the shipping address was not current. I sent a note with cancellation as to why, and the item was placed back into "available to purchase" almost immediately. I reordered it, fixing the address. Credit cards credited, etc. very smooth. I very much appreciate the seller's prompt cooperation. Item arrived pretty quickly after order, so that's also a plus.
