I had to construct the buggy. The back wheels were to be attached to an axle through their hubs which were fixed in place by small split pins. The pins’ metal was resistant to being opened. It took 2 men and me with pliers to put the ends into place. One man had torn and hurt hands. Then the pins would not close, so the wheels were unstable. Wheel hubs arrived by post later. I emailed and was politely replied to but no solution re the split pins which were unsuitable for the job. Disappointed.
