Lisa packed the ceramic statue exceptionally well, it could not have been better done, in fact I thought it was overkill, however the Post Office still managed to break it in 4 pieces. It was sheer carelessness on their part as they ruined a beautiful piece. I contacted Lisa and she IMMEDIATELY refunded me. I cannot say enough about how well she handled this from packing to shipping right away to responding when I received it. She is a class act and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
