I bought the item. I was charged for the item. It was labelled shipped . Item was refunded as unable to pass Canadian customs . I have bought both new and used Versaflow batteries (and other components) from the US in the last month which passed through Customs, so I don t know what to say.
No blame, just disappointed .

Did not pass Canada custom doesn't mean to put negative feedback to the seller. It was ebay fault It was using ebay international shipping program. I gave you chance to revise to positive feedback but you chose not to. I of course wanted the sell not refunded. Be professional.
