In 23 years, I have never issued a bad or even neutral comment. I made an offer on a car part which they accepted. Over a week & nothing received so I sent a polite msg to say I haven't received anything. They cancelled the order & stated to Ebay "cancelled by buyer" which was a total lie. Sellers do this to avoid affecting their sellers rating. I msg'd twice nicely asking why & both were ignored. I guess they changed their mind on price. Remaining silent kind of backs this. Also never was sent.
