film reel didnt match the listing, so had to ask the seller my options as the first trailer was great.. got condesending and nasty emails back even tho i have spent hundreds with them in the past.. had to get ebay to step in and they have guaranteed i will get the money back under ebays policies as the seller also refused to refund unless i could get the first trailer back which was a present for my brother .. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This buyer refused to tell us what was wrong with the item, sending several vague messages despite our requests for clarification, and then became abusive. We are happy to do a return under standard eBay practice, for which the buyer must return the item as it was sent out. There are some really odd people around.
