While the camera is in very good condition and the price was fair, the battery that came with it was less than 1/4 charged. Since the camera was sold without a charger it's very difficult to test the camera and make sure it's fully functional. Also not including in the description that this Olympus has a proprietary memory card system is a fail. I now have to invest in an XD-Memory card. Had I known that I would not have purchased this camera. Seller didn't respond to email regarding shipping

This camera was sold as camera and battery only, this was mentioned in the title and the description of the listing . Alternatively I offer free returns for 30 days for any reason, no request for a return was requested.
