Never to use this company again
I ordered xxxxL men's briefs I received an Item wont fit small.
My complaint was about the size of the item.
My return request was accepted by them, but I had to pay for shipping back to China, which I declined.
I was told to keep the item, but we agreed to refund it for £5 + £1 VAT, totaling £6.
Yesterday £5 was deposited back in my account and withdrawn back.
They are tarnishing the reputation of a good Chinese company
