The box was damaged in shipping and because the box of the instrument was an exact size to fit in the shipping box, that also got damaged and as a result there is a button missing from the instrument now making it unplayable, unfortunately the button is gone, who knows when it fell out of the box!
Please consider another way to package your products in the future… I’m gonna have to Jerry rig something now

This was shipped to Canada under the Ebay Global Programme which covers against loss and damage.. Looks like it was badly handled during shipping.. Why cant buyers deal with the seller first so that they have a chance to rectify a problem..
