It is so frustrating to find an item listed as New, New-Other, or New Open Box condition that arrives as a clearly used item. This one is no exception. Seller allowed a return, but why go through the trouble for both parties? Used parts should be listed as used. New (whether in sealed package or open box) should be the ONLY items listed as such. Seller shipped quickly but having to return a used part when expecting a new one was disappointing.
