Explained to seller product came in defective. Seller offered a price discount. I agreed however the seller did not acknowledge this discount.

Item was listed as used with 'no major' flaws. As discussed, the agreed upon partial refund was the cost of the item ($25). Buyer also agreed to keep item so that there was no need to pay for shipping to return. Once the offer was sent, the buyer immediately declined and initially posted negative feedback. Seller again tried to resolve issue, but buyer would not respond. Buyer is now responsible for returning item for a refund.
