Seller refused to ship item and cancelled the transaction because I requested that he place it between 2 pieces of cardboard to ensure safe delivery.

1) Buyer didn't mention he wanted me to use a "sturdy mailer" but with the recent PO regulations mailing would have increased from approx. from 1.00 for 1st class to 5.00 for ground advantage. The "sturdy mailers" don't meet 1st class standards. 2) Of course he did not offer to pay the difference. 3) BEFORE canceling I advised buyer he should have inquired about his special request before bidding.
