I ordered on 11th but, granted it was late. I asked and paid for expedited 3 day shipping. I made it clear I needed by Father's Day. It was not sent out until 5:37pm in the evening of the 13th! No chance of it making it by 14th or 15th as requested ans paid for. No gift for Dad from me and siblings on Father's Day. Very disappointed. No idea when we'll all be together again. I just rec'd on 17th, and it looks great! Haven't tried yet but hopefully will be game-changer for our recently blind Dad!

As of 4 years ago, Ebay ensures you always get what is described, or your money back. And since we are blind Braille experts, we know each pin and port and button and battery etc. So why buy anywhere else and throw away your money?
