Even after contacting seller couple of times, there was always another reason why the item wasn't shipped. Then I was told it would ship the next day and that didn't happen either. Seller never reached out and told me of any delays. I received the item almost a month later, only reason I didn't cancel is, because I wanted the shoes. I'm now reading others feedback and I see I'm not the only customer having problems with this seller. Awful experience
