Packaging arrived with silver flakes from the interior of the leather all over the inside, and stuck to the outside of the shoes. I removed the residue with a suede brush so that the underside of the leather is now white instead of silver. I took the trouble because I needed to take them on vacation with me. I missed brand new ones offered by another seller.
