I received a tire with a broken carcass - there is a bump in the sidewall. Paid top money and can’t get through inspection, it’s a shame really. Messaged twice but didn’t get a reply. I want to send it back or get a replacement. Do not recommend.

The tyre was tested before it went out no bulge .I specifically test for this type of damage. You have clearly fitted and used the tyre as it shows in the photo on the vehicle ,If you use something then its not returnable. It should have been shown on the tyre machine (pre going on any vehicle) and unused if you want a return and refund. you have driven on the tyre, used the tyre, it does not matter how short a journey.
