Delivery was prompt,DHL packet flap had caught the bag the shirt was in,so the bag was shredded by the time I managed to separate the two. At the time I was really annoyed, I just wanted to check the flipping shirt!coa was wrapped safely in the shirt, which does mean I have to refold the shirt so it fits nicely into the new bag ,as it a gift . Otherwise, very happy
