Item received due to poor packaging. Supported in providing images for the delivery company. Was offered refund but the this was changed to a return. Asked for partial refund and refused. If item was packaged correctly I feel the item would not of arrived damaged. Now have to repair an item that was received broken. I see in feedback this has happened on other occasions with seller. Such a shame as extra care when posting can avoid damaged items and customer sad flow.

Refund was going to be given, as per eBay rules item must be returned first. When I asked for the item to be returned, the customer had already "given" the item away. So ask for a partial refund. This was refused as I felt it was too high, When I could have repaired the item if I had received it back. Unfair feedback I feel.
